Main Responsibilities

As a key member of our team, you will:

• Collaborate with the Product team to improve revenue, retention, and engagement metrics through A/B testing, insights analysis, and dashboard development.
• Ensure the integrity of various analytical tools and models, cooperating with other skilled data analysts and scientists.
• Take charge of developing projects within a robust GitHub environment.
• Stay up-to-date with analytic best practices and propagate this knowledge across multiple teams and projects.
• Engage in specialized projects such as simulating in-game economies, personalizing gaming experiences, and implementing near-real-time interventions to combat fraud.
• Proactively introduce innovative analytical solutions and collaborate on strategic initiatives to enhance data and analytics infrastructure.
• Advocate for best practices in telemetry events, data modeling, and data quality governance.

Qualifications

Ideal candidates should have:

• A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, Economics, or another related quantitative field. Advanced degrees are regarded favorably.
• At least 4 years’ experience in data science or analytics roles.
• Proficiency in Python and SQL, with demonstrable skills in data mining, visualization, statistical analysis, and machine learning.
• Familiarity with BI tools like Tableau and version control systems such as Git.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to solve problems creatively.
• A proactive attitude, ready to take ownership of challenges.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
