Company Description
Summary
Assent is the top solution for supply chain sustainability, designed specifically for leading, sustainability-conscious manufacturers. Many supply chains are infiltrated with hidden risks, primarily because they were not constructed with sustainability in mind. This is where we come into play. Assent, enriched with expert insight, is the tool manufacturers trust for complete sustainability.
In just six years, we've grown from a $5 million to $85 million annual recurring revenue. Our recent funding round of $350 million, led by Vista Equity Partners, has set us up for further expansion, and we are actively searching for exceptional team members.
As a Certified B Corporation, we don't merely advocate for sustainability - we practice it. This certification emphasizes our commitment to environmental, social and governance excellence. At Assent, your work will significantly enhance transparency, sustainability, and fair practices globally.
Hybrid Work Model
At Assent, we proudly champion a remote-first work model, appreciating the flexibility and autonomy it provides our team. However, we also recognize the intangible benefits of occasional in-person working days. Team members located within 50 kms/31 miles of our five global offices in Ottawa, Eldoret, Penang, Columbus, and Amsterdam, can expect to come into the office once a week. Similarly, people near our co-working spaces in Nairobi and Toronto are also encouraged to work onsite once a month.
