What You'll Be Doing

• Develop cutting-edge architectures to advance deep learning performance and efficiency.
• Analyze performance, cost, and power trade-offs through analytical models, simulators, and test suites.
• Understand and analyze the interaction between hardware and software architectures in future algorithms, programming models, and applications.
• Innovate and enhance Deep Learning frameworks, libraries, and compilers.
• Collaborate with software, product, and research teams to steer the evolution of deep learning hardware and software.

What We Need to See

• MS or PhD in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related fields.
• 6+ years of relevant work experience.
• Strong expertise in GPU or Deep Learning ASIC architecture for training and/or inference.
• Experience in performance modeling, architecture simulation, profiling, and analysis.
• Solid foundation in machine learning and deep learning.
• Proficiency in programming languages like Python, C, and C++.

Ways to Stand Out from the Crowd

• Experience with deep neural network training, inference, and optimization in top frameworks (e.g. Pytorch, JAX, Tensorflow, TensorRT).
• Familiarity with relevant libraries, compilers, and languages such as CUDNN, CUBLAS, CUTLASS, MLIR, Triton, CUDA, and OpenCL.
• Experience with the architecture of, or workload analysis on, other DL accelerators.

Salary: $180,000 - $339,250 USD, based on location, experience, and position match.
