Collaborate with our product and customer-facing teams, as well as the broader Google AI community, to inspire, hire, and build high-functioning teams. Utilize data-driven insights to assist teams beyond your immediate reporting line and solve complex technical and business challenges. Manage multiple high-impact projects while being a cross-functional leader who effectively communicates and inspires multi-disciplinary delivery. Build strong relationships with customers, leaders, engineering teams, and other product and marketing groups across Google.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $294,000-$423,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Individual pay within the range is based on work location, job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. • Lead and nurture a high-impact marketing team to drive awareness, consideration, adoption, engagement, and advocacy for Google Cloud AI.
• Establish thought leadership and inspire customers to recognize Google Cloud and Google's AI offerings as the best path to success. Influence press and influencers to understand the momentum and opportunities of Google Cloud AI.
• Drive customer acquisition through compelling offers and journey strategies. Increase the adoption rate among existing Google Cloud customers for AI solutions.
• Engage developers and facilitate their transition into AI development.
• Help build and grow Google's AI business, making a significant impact on Google Cloud's market presence.
