What You Will Own

As a vital part of our Go-To-Market (GTM) team, you will play a key role in scaling our business and enhancing our commercial achievements. Your tasks will include identifying new business opportunities, guiding prospects through the sales funnel, and securing deals to boost enterprise customer adoption and revenue growth.

On any given day, you'll be collaborating with our Solutions Engineers, BDRs, Account Managers, and senior leadership to strategize on territory and account management. You'll manage complex negotiations, drive POCs, usher in legal and procurement processes, and create tailored sales collateral such as demos, presentations, and case studies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop multi-level stakeholder engagement and prospecting strategies.
  • Leverage industry knowledge to conduct impactful demos and presentations.
  • Regularly update and manage pipeline data to ensure precise sales forecasting.
  • Continuously enhance your understanding of the intelligent automation landscape.
  • Coach and mentor team members, sharing insights and knowledge to bolster team expertise.

Requirements

To excel in this role, you should have a proven track record in sales, demonstrating your ability to develop pipelines, manage sales cycles, and close high-value deals in enterprise software or SaaS environments. Strong candidates will showcase:

  • Experience in achieving quotas of $1M+ ARR, acquiring key accounts, and spearheading major software deals.
  • Excellent communication skills, adept at influencing decision-makers across organizational levels.
  • A passion for continually enhancing your professional skills and the performance of your team.
  • Familiarity with advanced sales techniques and methodologies like MEDDPICC, Challenger Sales, and CCS.

Desired Bonus Attributes:

  • Solid experience with automation/RPA or related fields.
  • Experience as an early sales hire in a startup environment, shaping foundational sales strategies.
