WHAT YOU WILL DO…

As a Senior Data Analyst in our People Team, you will drive the analysis, monitoring, and reporting of People data. This role is crucial to optimizing our People services and enhancing our decision-making process. 

• Direct People systems infrastructure requirements, in partnership with People Operations, to facilitate efficient and accurate data collection, monitoring, and auditing.
• Further develop and monitor the primary metrics for the people functions throughout the entire employee life cycle - from attracting, retaining, developing, rewarding, and engaging the fantastic people at sennder.
• Create monthly and quarterly reports for the People team, business leaders, compensation committee, board, etc., using data and visualizations that provide valuable insights for further strategy development and decision-making on ongoing programs.
• Distribute company-wide insights by linking people data points to business analytics and collaborate with others to identify meaningful correlations that support business decision-making.
• Assist in developing HRIS self-service manager reporting / dashboards.
• Support in the creation of People team forecasting and modeling, such as workforce planning and employee cost projections.
• Lead data and analysis reporting activities on selected People projects / programs.
• Manage ad hoc requests for reports and People-related data in support of People Team and business initiatives.
• Aid in developing key KPIs / metrics for the creation of a People Team scorecard.

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR …

• You have experience in data interpretation and storytelling.

• You have experience in managing and handling confidential information.
• You have experience working with HR systems.
• You thrive in a challenging and dynamic work environment.
• You have experience with tools such as Excel, Power BI, Tableau, SQL, etc.
• You are fluent in English, both spoken and written.
• You hold a Bachelor's Degree in Business, Human Resources, Statistics, or a related field.
