Key Responsibilities:

• Foundation Model Identification: Identify and assess foundation models suitable for health and care applications to ensure optimal performance.
• Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with teams across disciplines to understand business needs and leverage NLP and LLM models to meet those requirements.
• Scalable Data Pipelines: Develop and maintain automated data pipelines designed for the tuning, evaluation, and monitoring of LLM models in medical interview contexts.
• Stay Current with Research: Keep up-to-date with the latest advancements in NLP and LLM, applying cutting-edge research to enhance chatbot model capabilities.
• Documentation: Manage comprehensive documentation throughout the model development lifecycle to aid future reference and collaborative efforts.

Candidate Requirements:

• Bachelor's or master's in Computer Science, Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or related field.
• Over 5 years of hands-on experience with language ML models, emphasizing modern transformer-based LLM models.
• Proven track record of ML model deployment in production settings, focusing on scalability and reliability.
• Strong coding skills in Python and SQL, tailored to machine learning applications.
• Excellent problem-solving capabilities, with proficiency in both independent and collaborative team work.
• Outstanding communication skills for effective cross-team collaboration.

Salary & Benefits:

This remote position offers a salary range of $165,000—$185,000, based on candidate's unique factors.
