Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Reporting to the Director of Data Strategy, you'll play a crucial role in delivering conceptual data models and developing marketing strategies for the client and our teams.
  • Collaborate with teams in developing end to end measurement solutions for clients, applying a hybrid approach of quantitative analysis, analytical thinking, and business context to develop audience insights, inform creative campaign planning, and define measurement/testing optimization approach and the reporting strategy.
  • Convert quantitative results into relevant insights by linking behavior to business outcomes, with insights rationales and recommendations.
  • Manage project execution effectively, employing best practices.
  • Guide other team members in developing or enhancing existing skills and fostering growth, learning, and development.

Qualifications

  • Over 2 years of experience in analytics and data strategy, or related measurement function.
  • Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Economics, Engineering, Mathematics, Science, or a related quantitative discipline, or in Business with evident quantitative skills.
  • Experience in measurement and learning agendas, developing effective reporting, data visualization, experimental design, ad hoc analyses methods, and tools selection.
  • Practical experience of analyzing big data with SQL, enhanced by R, SAS, or Python to cultivate data-driven business insights and recommendations that help clients measure, optimize, and understand customer interaction.
  • Comfortable with driving technical and business requirements based on data strategy recommendations and needs.
  • Data visualization experience with a strong focus on client-facing storytelling and clarifying and defending findings, insights, and recommendations from data analysis.
  • Experience with statistical learning approaches such as regression techniques, classification models, ensemble modeling, supervised and unsupervised learning.

You will be completely remote, but may be asked to attend some meetings or collaborations in person.

Additional Information

The anticipated salary range for this position is $94,000-$146,000. The actual salary will be based on a variety of factors including related experience, knowledge, skillset and other legally permissible factors. Additionally, this position qualifies for discretionary incentive compensation. The firm's incentive compensation plan is subject to change. You will be eligible for a range of benefits, which may include medical, dental, vision, 401(k) matching, paid time off, and more.
