Senior Manager, Business Intelligence

Position Summary 1. Achieve the sales target by establishing and managing the sales status and strategy on a global and regional scale. 2. Develop operational strategies such as modifying solution specifications and planning for upgrades, and oversee the implementation of these strategies. 3. Ensure competitiveness by establishing and managing the pricing strategies for solutions and services. 4. Maintain and promote the services by formulating operational strategies related to performance management, statistical or big-data analysis, Customer Service (CS), and Voice of Customer (VOC) management. Role and Responsibilities 1. [Sales Strategy Establishment] Drive business growth strategy planning and portfolio composition, assess global or regional sales status, and devise a sales strategy to achieve the sales target. 2. [Operational Strategy] Lead in creating operational strategies such as altering solution specifications and planning for upgrades. 3. [Price Management] Evaluate the pricing policy and strategy of the solution. 4. [Partner Management] Develop strategies to boost Samsung solution sales by cultivating relationships with partners to understand customer needs, and manage partners regionally through training, events, etc. 5. [Service Operation] Direct operational strategies such as performance management, statistical or big-data analysis, Customer Service (CS), and Voice of Customer (VOC) management to uphold and promote the services.
