We are in search of an experienced Senior Manager - Growth Analytics to join the Revenue Growth team at Freshworks. The perfect candidate will build an experimentation strategy, roadmap, measurement tactics for paid ads, website conversion optimization, lifecycle marketing programs, and insights from product utilization. As a Senior Data Scientist, you'll contribute to influential projects pertaining to measurement, marketing acquisition, in-product engagement, and expansion. It's a great chance to introduce and construct an experimentation strategy at Freshworks. You should have previous experience in user segmentation strategies, causal inference techniques, split testing, and product analytics. Ideally, you should have developed experimentation and analysis frameworks for high-volume operations, preferably in PLG setups. In this role, you'll work with Traffic and Acquisition, Web Conversion Rate Optimization, and Adoption and Retention teams to propel growth.
