Our team is responsible for driving high-velocity pipelines, building programs, and training that convert pipeline into revenue. We manage all aspects of marketing, along with our outbound engine, competitive strategy, enablement, and value engineering.
About the Role
We are seeking a Senior Marketing Project Manager to join Clari’s marketing team. In this key role, you will drive critical marketing initiatives, coordinating internal and external teams to align with broader organizational priorities. You will manage projects from start to finish, setting milestones, KPIs, resourcing, and RACIs, ensuring timely completion. A PMP certification or equivalent, along with solid experience in fast-paced marketing environments, is highly desirable.
This fully remote opportunity is open to candidates located anywhere in the United States.
Responsibilities
- Lead Cross-functional Projects: Oversee the entire lifecycle of major marketing initiatives, including product launches, GMT tracking, and annual planning. Ensure clear accountability, timely progress, and alignment with organizational goals.
- Optimize Project Planning and Execution: Implement streamlined project management processes using Asana to drive organizational efficiency and ensure smooth execution of key marketing initiatives.
- Facilitate Cross-functional Collaboration: Act as the primary liaison for major projects between all Marketing teams and external vendors, ensuring cohesive implementation across all touchpoints.
- Translate Strategy into Action: Work closely with marketing leadership to convert high-level strategies into detailed project plans and RACIs with actionable steps and clear timelines.
- Develop and Manage Global Marketing Calendar: Capture and provide visibility into all marketing programs, campaigns, and launches, supported by briefs and summaries.
- Performance Monitoring and Reporting: Set KPIs and track progress to measure project success, providing stakeholders with insightful reports for informed decision-making.
- Risk Mitigation and Escalation: Proactively identify risks and develop strategies to address them. Manage and escalate blockers, ensuring stakeholder alignment and transparency.
- Champion Continuous Improvement: Lead ongoing assessments of project workflows, introducing innovative solutions and best practices to enhance efficiency and collaboration across teams.
Qualifications
- 4+ years of project management experience in a B2B tech or SaaS environment.
- Strong familiarity with project management tools like Asana.
- Experience across all areas within a B2B marketing team, including content, product marketing, and marketing operations.
- Proven experience working cross-functionally with marketing, sales, and product teams.
- Strong leadership and communication skills, capable of overseeing multiple projects simultaneously.
- Project Management certification (PMP or equivalent) is strongly preferred.
