Role Overview:

As a Senior Product Data Analyst, you will be integral to our Product Insights department, working in tandem with the Product Data Analytics and Product Research teams. You will support an entire product line, partnering directly with the Director of Product, and reporting to the team manager. Your roles and responsibilities include:

  • Establishing core Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) that align with business objectives and measure product success.
  • Empowering product teams with advanced analytical tools and methodologies.
  • Conducting thorough analysis of product performance metrics and user behaviors.
  • Collaborating with Product Researchers to maintain an overview of performance insights.

Required Qualifications:

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Proficiency in statistical analysis, data modeling, and data visualization tools (SQL, DBT, Excel, Tableau, etc.).
  • Skill in interpreting complex data and translating findings into actionable insights.
  • Experience with advanced data visualization and creating interactive reports.
  • Strong analytical and critical thinking skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills for reporting insights to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Experience in cross-functional teams, particularly with product managers, engineers, and designers.
  • Strong organizational skills and experience with project management tools.
  • Understanding of business strategy and alignment of data analysis with business objectives.
  • Relevant experience as a data analyst with a business or engineering degree.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience using the Contentsquare platform.
  • Understanding of machine learning and predictive model implementation.
  • Previous experience in product management.
  • Industry-specific expertise relevant to our products.
