Job Description:

Our analytics team is dedicated to uncovering insightful data across social, earned, digital, and experiential campaigns. We take pride in diving deep into data, promoting a culture of data-driven decision making both within Dentsu Creative and for our clients. In this role, you will report to the Supervisor, Analytics, and work closely with one of our flagship clients, particularly focusing on experiential business insights.

Responsibilities:

  • Identify trends and patterns in data to drive actionable insights that influence campaign strategies and optimizations.
  • Work collaboratively with account teams to define clear objectives and assess program performance.
  • Generate detailed reports to communicate findings and insights to stakeholders effectively.
  • Propose innovative analytical methods and data processing techniques to uncover new data correlations that benefit our clients.
  • Develop and manage dashboards using Tableau or PowerBI to enhance real-time data access and interpretation for the internal team and clients.
  • Maintain and improve data integrity in MongoDB and manage Python-based ETL frameworks for data pipelines.
  • Monitor and troubleshoot Python script errors in production environments.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in data analytics or related roles.
  • Proficiency in Python and data manipulation tools like Pandas, NumPy, Matplotlib, and Dataprep.
  • Robust understanding of Tableau, including creating detailed visualizations and centralizing data for dashboard views.
  • Strong foundation in data science principles, object-oriented programming, data structures, and algorithms.
  • Experience applying statistical techniques in real-world scenarios, e.g., A/B testing and machine learning.
  • Educational background in data analytics, data science, statistics, mathematics, economics, or a related field.

Compensation and Benefits:

This role offers a competitive salary range of $59,000 to $96,025, based on experience and qualifications. Employees are eligible for discretionary incentive compensation, medical, dental, vision insurance, 401(k) matching, paid time off, and more. Visit to learn more about our benefits.
