We're seeking a Senior Solutions Engineer to join our Solutions Engineering team. You'll master bot-building to prototype customer service use-cases for demos, helping us tell meaningful stories and win new business opportunities. Your role will involve collaborating with customer service organizations across retail, insurance, travel, financial services, healthcare, and more.
