About the Role

We're seeking a Senior Solutions Engineer to join our Solutions Engineering team. You'll master bot-building to prototype customer service use-cases for demos, helping us tell meaningful stories and win new business opportunities. Your role will involve collaborating with customer service organizations across retail, insurance, travel, financial services, healthcare, and more.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with the sales team to gather customer requirements
  • Identify technology trends in industry verticals
  • Use visualization tools to design bots, integration points, and dataflows
  • Review and write API specifications for stakeholders
  • Build machine learning models using internal tools
  • Write and run scripts to manipulate data
  • Develop bot code in Typescript for specific states and transitions
  • Attend customer meetings and provide technical support to the Account Executives

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience in a Solutions Engineering role
  • 1+ years of experience with Javascript, Python, Typescript, or Apex
  • Experience with REST APIs and Authentication (OAuth 2.0 and Basic)
  • Strong written, oral, and presentation skills
  • Vibrant and energetic attitude with a willingness to achieve goals
  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems or Computer Science preferred
  • Experience with enterprise tools like Salesforce and Zendesk is a plus
  • Call center experience is a plus
