Job Opportunity: Service Manager for Conversational Artificial Intelligence Team

Key Responsibilities

As a Service Manager, you will:

  • Engage in the IT process to enhance and develop cost-efficient services.
  • Participate in defining service metrics, focusing on costs, quality, capacity, business continuity, and IT security.
  • Coordinate standard solutions to meet customer needs by managing both human and technical resources.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives within the service domain.
  • Foster strong customer and client relationships alongside supplier management.
  • Collaborate efficiently with project management and technical teams to meet client requirements.
  • Participate in on-call duty rotations.

Required Skills and Qualifications

We seek candidates with the following skills and qualifications:

Education, Certification and Experience

  • A higher education degree with a technical or economic background.
  • Training or certification in Process and Project Management and ITIL (desirable).
  • Knowledge of Contact Center Solutions based on Cisco Infrastructure (desirable).
  • Experience in an international work environment (desirable).
  • Fluency in English and another language such as German, Italian, Spanish, or French.
  • At least 5 years of experience as a Service Manager.
  • Previous experience as a contact center agent or team lead is a plus.
  • Experience in managing complex IT development projects.

Skills and Competencies

  • Agile knowledge.
  • Familiarity with contact center operations (desirable).
  • Experience with Cloud and CAI platforms, e.g., Cognigy (not mandatory).
  • Strong customer management abilities.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills.
