Job Description

We are looking for a talented and experienced Sr. Data Analyst to join our diverse team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in interpreting data, analyzing results, and generating ongoing reports to drive strategic business decisions. Collaborate closely with our teams in development, data science, and business intelligence to derive actionable insights from complex datasets and steer our business strategies forward.

Key Responsibilities

• Data Analysis: Analyze complex datasets to uncover trends, patterns, and insights that influence strategic decisions.
• Reporting: Craft and maintain periodic reports and dashboards to monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and other metrics.
• Data Visualization: Develop compelling visualizations to effectively communicate findings and recommendations to stakeholders.
• Collaboration: Engage with cross-functional teams to gather data requirements and deliver meaningful insights that drive action.
• Data Quality: Ensure the accuracy, consistency, and reliability of data across all reports and analysis.
• Ad Hoc Analysis: Conduct ad hoc analyses and provide data-driven recommendations to support various business initiatives.

Qualifications

• Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Business, or related fields.
• Experience: At least 3 years of experience as a Data Analyst or similar role.
• Technical Proficiency:
  • Proficient in data analysis tools such as Excel, SQL, and Python.
  • Experienced with data visualization tools like Tableau, Power BI, and Looker.
  • Strong grasp of statistical methods and database management.
  • Keen interest in AI, including Large Language Models and Prompt Engineering.
• Skills: Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and robust communication abilities to present complex data in an understandable way.
