Lokalise is a fully remote company, however, for this position, candidates must be based in Europe with legal work eligibility within their residing country.

About the Role

We are on the lookout for a skilled Staff Data Analyst to bolster our Data team. In this key role, you will spearhead our data analytics ventures, fostering a data-driven culture throughout Lokalise. Your expertise in data visualization, reporting, and machine learning will be instrumental in refining customer acquisition strategies and enhancing decision-making and innovation company-wide.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support Analytics Vision: Engage in crafting and executing a comprehensive analytics strategy that dovetails with our business aims.
• Build and Maintain Reports and Dashboards: Create, automate, and sustain metrics, reports, analyses, and dashboards vital for business processes.
• Develop Machine Learning Models: Construct and implement machine learning models to augment customer acquisition efficiency and uncover new growth avenues.
• Ensure Data Quality: Uphold high data quality and integrity using advanced tools like DBT.
• Support Marketing and Revenue Teams: Collaborate closely with the marketing and revenue departments to refine revenue data and optimize customer acquisition strategies.
• Foster Data-Driven Culture: Promote informed decision-making through widespread data accessibility and literacy across the organization.

Requirements:

• A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, Economics, or related fields.
• Substantial experience in data analytics, particularly in a product-led growth setting, with demonstrated capability in data-driven decision making and growth.
• Expertise in analytics and data tools like SQL, Python, DBT, with a strong grasp of statistical analysis, predictive modeling, and machine learning.
• Proven ability in data visualization and reporting.
• Your experience with marketing and revenue teams will be valuable in this role.
• Fluency in English is essential, coupled with excellent communication skills.
• Previous experience in a high-growth tech or SaaS environment will be advantageous.
