Role Overview: Staff Engineer, Data and Analytics

As a pivotal part of our Innovations team, this role is geared towards visionaries devoted to transforming the future of customer experiences. Focused on Genesys App Foundry applications, your journey will encompass everything from ideation and architecture to delivery and maintenance, ensuring robust, scalable solutions in the cloud, driven by AI and analytics.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the end-to-end delivery of innovative applications and solutions.
  • Architect and implement robust data integration strategies and solutions.
  • Drive continuous improvement through leading-edge technology and practices.
  • Collaborate across teams to deliver results in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

Basic Qualifications:

  • 8+ years in product development or management, and consulting within the contact center industry.
  • 3+ years of experience in cloud technologies like AWS, Azure, or GCP.
  • Profound expertise in Snowflake data modeling, ELT via Snowflake SQL, and general big data technologies.
  • Demonstrated ability to communicate complex technical information to a diverse audience.

Desirable Qualifications:

  • Snowflake Certification preferred.
  • Experience with remote engineering teams.
  • Background in software development and project management within contact center technologies.

Salary Range: $99,000.00 - $194,300.00
