At Striveworks, we hope your say/do ratio is 1 and understand that being part of an elite team means that no individual is the smartest person in the room. If that resonates with you, we're already on the same wavelength.

  • A driven, self-guided personality
  • A passionate commitment to making a difference
  • Eligibility to work in the US without sponsorship (e.g., Permanent Resident, U.S. Citizen)

Striveworks: Faster, Better Models

The world has relied on data analysis to bridge the divide between an abundance of information and the challenge to use the data effectively for making timely, impactful decisions. Today, most organizations are overwhelmed with analytics that are "not quite right"—models that are developed too broadly, or too slowly, to be effective in dynamic, fast-paced environments. Striveworks is simplifying ModelOps with a robust and extensible platform that turns the data analytic process into code.

Respected by leading Fortune 500 firms and government sector leaders, Striveworks is trusted as a primary solution for managing model development, monitoring, and governance—and ensuring those models address the real challenges their organizations face.

Striveworks' Chariot platform allows users to convert their own production data into models and transform these models into production systems. As you train, test, deploy, and apply models, our lineage system lets you trace not just the "upstream" origin of model and data sources, but also the "downstream" usage of the resulting model inferences. Combined with a principled approach to data and model development, Chariot provides our customers in highly regulated industries an industry-leading governance solution on top of a high-performing ModelOps platform.
