Can you give me more details about this role? What will I be doing?

Summary:

This role coordinates and manages workflow in conjunction with management and Verify Team Lead. You will create crucial training tools for existing and new staff, as well as undertake new employee department orientation and training.

Essential Duties and Functions: include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

  • Experience with document scanning
  • Operate Opex scanner hardware and AnyDoc software
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Ability to manage workflow and adapt to a fast-paced environment
  • Proficient in Windows-based environment – specifically Word, Excel, and Access
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills and detail-oriented
  • Perform data entry functions as required, and other duties as assigned by supervisors
  • Attainment of set standards for Attendance/Quality/Production
  • Create and maintain database and spreadsheet files
  • Pursue personal and professional development

Qualifications:

To succeed in this role, an individual should be able to perform each essential duty competently. This includes operating scanning equipment, such as AnyDoc and Opex software, and maintaining regular reporting.

Required:

  • High School Diploma/GED
  • Proficiency with MS Office
  • Ability to maintain high levels of confidentiality
  • Customer service oriented
  • Ability to perform moderate lifting (approximately 15 to 20 lbs.)

Preferred:

  • Some college coursework completed

Physical Requirements Necessary on a Regular Basis:

Repetitive motion. Manual dexterity, and sufficient arm and upper body range of motion for 7-8 hours daily use of a keyboard, mouse, and telephone. Sufficient speech and hearing for in-person and telephone communication for 7-8 hours per day. Vision sufficient for the use of a computer monitor. Sedentary position, with the ability to sit at a desk for 7-8 hours per day. The employee should not be exposed to adverse environmental conditions and must be capable of lifting more than 25 lbs.

The pay range posted considers a wide spectrum of factors, including but not limited to skills, experience, work location. We offer competitive compensation allowing for growth within the position and company.
