Job Role: Technical Lead - ML Ops

We're looking for a visionary Technical Lead to head our ML Ops unit within the Intelligent Systems Group. This role involves managing a diverse team of Platform Engineers and Machine Learning Engineers to support our data scientists. You’ll oversee the deployment, maintenance, and monitoring of Python-based microservices, ETL pipelines, SaaS models, and more, ensuring our AI infrastructure is scalable and resilient against ever-increasing demands.

Key Responsibilities:

• Act as a crucial link between data scientists, analytics teams, and platform engineers.
• Strategically plan and execute the roadmap for the MLOps team considering all stakeholder requirements and limitations.
• Design service architectures and minimize technical debt.
• Manage and mentor team members, oversee performance, and participate in the hiring process.
