You will:

  • Work as a member of a cross-functional scrum team.
  • Construct data pipelines and transformations to create reusable data assets.
  • Develop metrics, reports, and dashboards that contribute to our business performance.
  • Collaborate closely with stakeholders to comprehend their requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
  • Participate in the maintenance and support of all data systems.
  • Create and maintain documentation of data systems, processes, and data assets.
  • Monitor and test data quality and ensure data compliance and security.

You’ll be a good fit if you have:

  • Experience in health tech startups and excel in remote-first settings.
  • Advanced knowledge of SQL.
  • Constructed pipelines and data sets with data transformation and pipeline tools like dbt, Fivetran, Airflow, etc.
  • Experience using cloud data warehouses such as Snowflake.
  • Created reports and dashboards with tools such as Looker, Tableau, and Power BI.
  • Exposure to tools such as Git and CI/CD pipelines.
  • 5+ years of hands-on experience building data systems.

It would be great if you have experience with:

  • Healthcare Risk Adjustment, Quality Performance, or Operations

Note: we have an office located in Watertown, MA, but living in the Boston area is not a requirement for this role.
