RCA, a 100% independent software publisher based on the outskirts of Nantes, develops two ranges of software: A range of 13 modules for accounting firms and a collaborative digital platform operating in SaaS mode aimed at accountants and their clients (VSEs / SMEs).
Over the past 15 years, the company has continuously evolved. From 3 employees in 2007, we are now a team of 230 dedicated colleagues on the RCA venture!
Today, we are looking for a Data Analyst (F/M) to strengthen the team.
Job Description
YOUR MISSION SHOULD YOU CHOOSE TO ACCEPT IT
The Data team provides solutions to internal teams (to better understand the use of RCA products, manage activity, analyze and detect trends, etc.) and contributes to the development of analytical features for RCA's clients. In collaboration with the Data Engineers, your duties will include:
- Developing your knowledge of RCA data
- Assisting business departments, including product, sales, and customer service, in their understanding of the company's product usage
- Conceptualizing and implementing data products for our clients
- Working with Data Engineers, you will design and implement data transformations
- Participating in defining best practices and implementing data platform tools (testing, observability, governance)
- Contributing to the data roadmap definition with the entire team (identification, qualification, and prioritization of business and technical projects)
