You will report to the Senior Analytics Manager and will be instrumental in delivering our analytics and presentations on our performance to some of our valued clients. This role will be tasked with analyzing advertiser metrics on digital marketing and advertising with a focus on programmatic. You will create insights and optimization recommendations to influence performance and allocation of media spend. We are seeking someone with experience in media or health/pharma and a good understanding of consumer digital behavior and media metrics. The perfect Data Analyst would be passionate about working with datasets and have excellent problem-solving, analytical, and proactive skills. Key tasks will include: - Leading advertiser and agency analytics relationship and presentation of data, campaign performance, insights, optimizations, and ROI. - Achieving clarity on advertiser and internal KPIs and goals and translating data into insights. - Being responsible for the timely external delivery of campaign reporting and internal tracking against KPIs. - Leading measurement and optimization recommendations on campaigns to achieve client and internal KPIs and benchmarks. - Using analysis as appropriate for segmentation, drivers, prioritization, and deep-dives on audiences, consumer behavior etc. - Modeling data accuracy across various measurement tools used for campaign performance. - Acting as an internal and client expert on analysis and results-oriented campaign progress. Who you are: - Someone with 1+ years of experience in digital marketing and a focus on analytics-related initiatives. - Someone with media, agency, and/or health pharma experience. - Preference for those with DSP and Programmatic experience. - Preference for those with SQL knowledge. - Someone exceptional at excel and PowerPoint. - Preference for those with experience in health and pharma measurement methodologies. - Someone with hands-on analytical experience working with Marketing Analytics tools like Google Analytics, R, SQL, DCM, and other BI tools. - Able to apply both qualitative and quantitative methodologies along with more specialized approaches applied to customer behavior. - Knowledge of standard research methodologies, data analysis techniques, and marketing procedures is a plus. - Ability to gauge and work effectively with individuals across the organization and distill large amounts of data into critical takeaways. - Strong communicative skills to present Marketing Analytics insights and recommendations to key stakeholders. - Track record of consistently meeting and/or exceeding performance expectations. DeepIntent is proud to offer a competitive compensation package inclusive of a base salary range of $80,000- $90,000. The base salary depends on each candidate's skills, experiences, and qualifications. We also offer an annualized bonus/commissions plan, competitive benefits, and many other amenities. We are open to considering candidates who are located outside the NYC area but are willing to work East Coast business hours.
