What you’ll do - You will guide a dedicated group of engineers to build tools and infrastructure to upscale our Data Infrastructure organization. - You will shape strategic roadmaps and lead pivotal projects, enhancing collaboration across the Data Infrastructure teams. - You will coach and mentor engineers, prioritize quality and recruit talented individuals to enhance the team's skills. What you bring - You bring along 5+ years of hands-on engineering experience, specializing in crafting expansive data infrastructure systems. - Over the past 2+ years, you've thrived as an Engineering Manager. - Complex technical projects? You've led them from conception to completion, redefining overarching objectives into tangible results. - User privacy is paramount to you.
