Data Strategy and Transformation Manager
Your Role
As a Data Strategy and Transformation Manager at Capco’s Data Strategy & Advisory practice, you will employ your deep data expertise to pioneer the development of precise, actionable, and effective data strategies that can sustainably deliver business outcomes for our clients.
Your responsibilities will vary with project nature and client requirements and could include defining the client's data strategy, developing its business case, assessing data maturity, designing the client’s data Target Operating Model (TOM), developing data policies, standards, and guidelines, and implementing client data literacy and culture programs among others.
As part of the Data Strategy & Advisory capability within Capco, you will also play a key role in operational areas including building and maintaining excellent client and vendor partnerships, identifying and researching business development opportunities, and enhancing Capco's delivery capability by developing data methodologies and accelerators.
Your Skills and Experience
Your passion for data will be crucial. You should have a minimum of 7 years' experience in Data Strategy and Data Management with an extensive understanding of Data Strategy, Data Management, and Data Analytics principles and methodologies, experience in maturity assessments, and excellent stakeholder management skills. Ideally, you should also have consulting experience at a top-tier consultancy or an internal change/transformation role within a Financial Services organization, a background in Banking, Financial Services, or Insurance, and a deep understanding of the challenges, opportunities, and regulations facing the Financial Services industry."
