Meet the team 👩👩👧👧
You'll be a part of the Data department composed of:
- A Data Platform Team consisting of 5 data engineers responsible for ingesting large volumes of data from various sources, and creating and maintaining a core data model designed to standardize data, ensure its reliability and make it easily accessible
- A rapidly growing Analytics & Data Science Team with 9 Data Analysts and Scientists who leverage our data for:
- Game Analytics
- User Acquisition and Marketing Analytics
- Market Intelligence Analytics
- Operations Analytics
Role and Missions — What you will do 🚀
As a Senior Data Engineer, your responsibilities will include:
- Processing fresh data sources and carrying out initial data transformation tasks for cleaning and normalization.
- Building the data processing layers for our innovative data products.
- Managing projects from start to finish: from problem clarification, solution design, planning, solution testing, to release planning and product iteration
- Designing, implementing, and ensuring the scalability of our data platform to meet user demands.
- Working closely with analysts and data scientists, developing tools and processes to enhance their workflows and expand possible outcomes.
Your work will primarily revolve around our ads platform, which centralizes, cleans, and enhances all user acquisition data, and offers ML tools for marketing spend optimization.

Requirements
Preferred Experience—What's your profile 👀
We're on the hunt for a data enthusiast eager to join a diverse team of mobile gaming fanatics. Does this sound like you?
- Educational Background: A strong academic background with an MSc in Statistics, Maths, Computer Science, Economy, or a related quantitative field from a leading university.
- Professional Experience: Minimum of 4 years as a Data Engineer.
- Technical Proficiency:
- Proficiency in Python, SQL, and data warehouse design & optimization
- Experience with AWS
- Drive & Curiosity: A passion for understanding your tools' intricacies and ensuring your solution aligns flawlessly with business objectives.
- Bonus Points:
- Prior experience in developing ML-powered products.
- A proven history of enhancing Data Scientist workflows.
- Experience in building optimized data pipelines processing large volumes of data (over 1 terabyte of data daily).
- Practical experience with dbt, java, spark, kafka, Kubernetes, airflow
- Language Skills: Proficiency in English is a must.
