In your role as a Senior Finance Data Analyst with Tenstorrent, you will be crucial in providing data-driven insight to inform our financial strategies and decisions. You will closely cooperate with cross-functional teams to analyze financial data, develop forecasts, and create actionable suggestions to spur our continued growth.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with finance and accounting teams to collect, clean, and analyze financial data.
- Develop and maintain financial models to assist with budgeting, forecasting, and scenario analysis.
- Identify key performance indicators (KPIs) and generate dashboards and reports to monitor financial performance and trends.
- Conduct in-depth variance analysis and offer insights into drivers of financial results.
- Assist in the creation of financial reports and presentations for senior management and external stakeholders.
- Evaluate the financial impact of various business strategies and initiatives.
- Support the development of long-term financial plans and strategic initiatives.
- Remain current with industry trends and best practices in financial analysis and data analytics.
- Mentor and guide junior analysts as required.
Experience & Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or a related field; a Master's degree is preferred.
- Minimum of 5 years' experience in financial or data analysis roles.
- Strong competency in data analysis tools and programming languages (e.g., Excel, SQL, Python, R).
- Experience with financial modeling, forecasting, and scenario analysis.
- Familiarity with data visualization tools like Tableau or Power BI is a plus.
- Solid understanding of accounting principles and financial concepts.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities, attention to detail is important.
- Strong communication and presentation skills to effectively explain complex data insights.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
- Experience in the semiconductor or tech industry is a bonus.
The salary for all engineers at Tenstorrent ranges from $100k - $500k, comprising both base and variable components. The actual offer made will depend on experience, skills, education, background, and location.
