Job Description
DVC as a tool consists of two parts, the core which manages data, pipelines etc., and the workflow component. This component is what data scientists and machine learning engineers initially interact with. It defines how the product is used, its feel, simplicity and so on.
As an engineer in this role, you will work closely with our technical product managers, aiding in defining the workflow. We expect that you have a taste and experience using MLOps tools and/or organizing machine learning infrastructure for your team. An example of your responsibilities would be driving and advancing our current entry point to the ecosystem, , among other things and projects.

- A passion for improving machine learning team's best practices and performance
- Excellent communication skills - vitality, ability to summarize and explain next steps
- Software engineering skills, the capacity to learn quickly and take initial steps to unblock the team
Our Hiring Process
Our interview process is comprehensive and thorough, but we will go through each step with you during the introductory call to ensure clarity. Here is the full interview process: an introductory call (~1h), a technical call with a team member (~45m), a real-world, asynchronous take-home coding task for which we pay for your time, followed by an optional task summary/retro call (~1h), and finally, an offer.
