Would you like to be part of this journey? An opportunity has arisen to join Eurostar as our Supply Chain Data Analyst. You will conduct data analysis to identify problems and propose improvements to enhance the performance of the entire supply chain. You will deliver analysis, improvement suggestions and reports to aid materials, stores and procurement activities. This role is based in our Engineering Centre situated in Leyton. For internal use only: Grade E, Travel Level 3, and based in TMI. Requirements We are searching for someone who can... - Deliver analysis, improvement suggestions and reports to aid Materials, Stores and Procurement activities. - Manage and optimize the forecasting/replenishment module regarding requirements for train spares with support from the Supply Chain Planner team across various Eurostar locations. - Create, manage and optimize the Supply Chain Dashboard to ensure a detailed and updated view of the supply chain performance. - Create pertinent KPIs to aid Materials, Stores and Procurement activities across various Eurostar locations. - Create and implement an audit plan for Supply Chain master data (including data integrity). - Develop and conduct a measurement of Forecast accuracy. - Deliver to Finance the Monthly Financial reporting from Supply Chain. - Improve Supply Chain Team members' understanding and use of data. - Create documentation on: Forecast Module, Replenishment Module, KPIs and Finance Reporting. - Act as a liaison between supply chain and IT teams on supply chain data quality problems. - Support the company's continuous improvement strategy and be a role model in initiatives where Supply Chain is involved. - Behave responsibly in all aspects of Eurostar, taking responsibility to understand and follow company processes and policies. - The above statements are meant to describe the main duties and level of work carried out by people assigned to this job. Safety Compliance For work undertaken, or organising inspection, maintenance, or repair work at EECTM, it is necessary to understand and implement arrangements for managing safety-critical work that may impact the safety of people at the depot site, and/or those travelling on Eurostar passenger services. You will require… Essential: - Supply Chain experience (including forecasting and replenishment systems). - Ability to analyse data to identify patterns for forecasting. - Strong attention to detail/accuracy. - Problem-solving approach. - Good understanding of supply chain Key Performance Indicators such as availability, stock and inventory day. - Proficiency in Excel, Access and SQL. Desirable: - Familiarity with rail parts or MRO. - Ability to manage stress effectively and handle setbacks. - Ability to pinpoint the core of complex problems and issues. - Works best when there is a clear correlation between work and results, and where the impact of personal efforts is evident. - Focuses on customer satisfaction, delivering a quality service or product to the agreed standards.
