Our data engagement management team at Media.Monks Korea is searching for a Data Engagement Consultant who establishes a reliable consultancy approach in client relations and uses these relationships to guide projects and drive the digital maturity roadmap in various global and Korean enterprises. You will be accountable for ensuring clients see value from their data and analysis investments, coordinating implementation across a spectrum of resources to successfully deliver analytics initiatives.

Qualifications
We're looking for both junior (less than 2 years of work experience) and senior (10+ years of work experience) consultants. Based on your experiences and abilities, you will receive relevant project assignments and training where necessary.

Client-facing responsibilities
- Manage the clients’ analytics initiatives' implementation and maintain a daily relationship
- Create strong relationships with key stakeholders demonstrating a solid understanding of their business, identifying essential opportunities, and promoting Media.Monks' capabilities to establish sound partnerships
- Coordinate a delivery team of Solution Engineers, Data Scientists, Analysts, and Platform Specialists to deliver intricate solutions for clients
- Generate actionable insights from data and help your clients enhance their marketing efforts
- Standardize processes for client’s digital properties to establish, maintain, and track data for reach, engagement, performance, and other behavior metrics
- Sync all activities with overall objectives
- Define and deliver a plan of valuable data initiatives and use cases to the client, ensuring the client sees a positive return on their data investment
- Present insights and results from data to senior stakeholders, and take actions based on data
Business and commercial responsibilities
- Drive towards higher rates between client value and costs; incorporate efficiencies into repeatable processes and scale globally, identify connections and opportunities to promote connectivity
- Collaborate with the Product team to translate business requirements into new products; work with Sales team to convert products into outbound opportunities; collaborate with Account Management team to research and develop new commercial products
- Play an active role in finding new opportunities for the business using best practices and researching new industry innovations, business plans, and strategies
- Educate Accounts, Sales, and Engineering teams on various analytics software to support fulfillment; train employees; offer platform expertise; define the roadmap for long-term customer analytics needs
What you bring to the table:
Skills and Experience
- Experience in client-facing roles is critical, with demonstrated examples of Agile project management highly valued
- Outstanding analytic, quantitative, and problem-solving skills, with proven ability to provide actionable insights.
- Familiarity with digital marketing platforms in fields like media buying (e.g., Display & Video 360, Campaign Manager 360, Google Ads, Facebook etc.), testing and personalization (e.g., Optimize 360, Optimizely), marketing automation (e.g., Marketo, Salesforce Marketing Cloud), CRM (e.g., Salesforce), web content (e.g., Adobe Experience Manager, Sitecore), ecommerce (e.g., Shopify, Magento), and UX/CX are valuable.
Technical Competencies
- Project management skills, and demonstrated experience managing large/complex projects
- Ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences, and communicate the business value of suggested ideas and plans
Education
- Bachelor’s degree in Business/Marketing/Commerce, Computer Science, Management of Information Systems, Math, or Statistics/Economics are preferred.
- Certifications in Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, or Google Cloud are highly valued.
