Your Mission

The ESG team at Activision Blizzard is seeking a meticulous Environmental Data Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will efficiently input and manage environmental data in our database systems. This role is crucial for maintaining the integrity and accuracy of our environmental records, which are a key part of our global sustainability efforts.

Responsibilities in our fast-paced environment may include, but are not limited to, the following:

- Familiarity with various utility bill formats (power, waste, water, etc.)

Accurate input of utility bill data into databases, spreadsheets, or other chosen systems for global leased facilities and data centers

- Supporting the verification of the accuracy and completeness of data entered, identifying and rectifying any discrepancies or errors

- Conducting proactive stakeholder outreach: Identifying key stakeholders to acquire necessary information for data entry (e.g., emailing internal staff and external partners, calling utility providers and landlords, etc.)

- Effective communication with internal senior leadership and external stakeholders

- Ability to determine when to escalate information to resolve complex issues

- Analysis and interpretation of large amounts of sustainability data to create clear and persuasive narratives for questionnaire responses.

- Efficient response to extensive sustainability questionnaires from various stakeholders, ensuring accurate and thorough information is provided.

Player Profile

- College degree

- 3+ years’ experience in a related sustainability field

- Professional demeanor to represent our company

- Familiarity with Microsoft Office

- Expertise in maintaining accurate information in ESG projects, with attention to both large and small details

Preferred:

- Strong interest and passion for environmental sustainability and corporate social responsibility

- College degree in CSR or ESG related field

In the U.S., the standard base pay range for this role is $26.83 - $49.63 per hour. These values represent the expected base pay range for new hires across all U.S. locations. Your specific range and offer will depend on several factors, including relevant experience, performance, and work location. In addition to competitive base pay, employees in this role may be eligible for incentive compensation. Incentive compensation is not guaranteed.
