The work: - Design, create, and implement distinct, cutting-edge generative LLMs (like GPT or ChatGPT or GPT4) and discriminative LLMs (like BERT). - Design, create, and implement systems for AI alignment, Reinforcement Learning with Human Feedback (RLHF) instruction models, and AI guardrails. - Conduct in-depth tests to assess LLMs across standardized performance benchmarks and custom evaluations. - Use advanced Natural Language Processing (NLP) and Machine Learning (ML) techniques to solve complex natural language problems. - Translate technical findings into comprehensible, actionable insights for a non-technical audience. Here’s what you need: - Experience with generative LLM fine-tuning and prompt engineering. - Experience with deep learning frameworks. - Experience with Hugging Face Transformers and other open-source NLP/NLG modules. Compensation at Accenture Federal Services varies depending on multiple factors including office location, role, skills, and experience level. Applicants in California, Colorado, New York, or Washington State will be given a reasonable pay range per local laws.
