Your Career

You’ll be given an opportunity to build a career, overcoming network security obstacles using advanced machine learning techniques on exabytes of data. You will assist in designing and delivering the most innovative AI and Machine Learning solutions to identify threats, provide intelligence, and protect devices.

Your Impact

• You will be part of a fast-paced team to develop and deliver new product and mission features for the security platform that many customers use daily.
• You will engage and contribute to the security community through partnerships.
• You will be part of a team steering the technology evolution in the security industry and having a positive impact on businesses.
• You will be tasked with designing and developing workflow frameworks (using formal methods and algorithms), along with result collection, visualization, and monitoring tools.
• You will create and deliver training materials.

Qualifications

Your Experience

• An M.S. or Ph.D degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Electrical Engineering or related field or equivalent military experience is required.
• You must have at least 4 years industry experience in Machine Learning techniques and data analytics.
• You should have a minimum of 4 years of experience in design, algorithms, and data structures. Expertise in at least one of the following languages is a must - Java, C++, Python, Rust.
• Prior experience with NLP, Recommender Systems, and LLM is strongly preferred.
• Knowledge of Formal Methods toolchain (z3, cvc5, TLA+) would be an advantage.
• You must possess exceptional communication skills with the ability to influence at all levels within the organization.
• Being a self-motivated individual contributor and an exemplary team player is desirable.

The Team

Drawing on near-real-time data collected through PAN-OS device telemetry, our industry-leading next generation insights product (AIOps for NGFW) offers large cybersecurity operators a force multiplier providing visibility into the health of their next-generation-firewall (NGFW) devices. It enables early detection of issues at various levels of the stack through advanced time-series forecasting and anomaly detection using innovative deep learning techniques. Our aim is to prevent service-impacting issues in critical security infrastructure that operates 24/7/365 with zero false positives and zero false negatives. You will be engaged in working on the best large language model in the cybersecurity industry.

The compensation offered for this position will depend on qualifications, experience, and work location. For candidates who receive an offer at the posted level, the starting base salary (for non-sales roles) or base salary + commission target (for sales/commissioned roles) is expected to be between $132,600/yr to $214,500/yr.
