Senior Machine Learning Scientist (Generative AI)

We operate over 150 micro-services written in Java and supported by a Vert.x framework. These are designed to work with separate product features with distinct architectures to cater to the relevant use cases. We manage terabytes of data, with infrastructure built on Kafka, Redshift, Spark, Druid, and more, which power various use case scenarios such as Machine Learning and Predictive Analytics. Our tech stack is hosted on AWS, with distributed systems like Cassandra, Aerospike, Akka, Voltdb, Ignite, etc. Your Role: - Conducting precise experiments rigorously against relevant performance benchmarks and analyzing performance metrics to infer actionable findings - Developing and maintaining services with proactive monitoring and incorporating best industry practices for optimal service quality and risk mitigation - Breaking down complex projects into manageable tasks that adhere to established management practices and ensure stakeholder visibility - Managing end-to-end lifecycle of large-scale ML projects from data preparation, model training, deployment, monitoring, and upgrading of experiments - Utilizing a strong base in ML, statistics, and deep learning to skillfully implement research-backed techniques for model development and training - Applying Generative AI across multiple modalities (Text/Audio/Video) to deliver innovative solutions - Keeping up-to-date with the best ML practices and industry developments to offer mentorship and guidance to team members Qualifiers: - 3-5 years of experience in building, deploying, and maintaining ML solutions - Extensive experience with Python, Sql, Tensorflow/Pytorch and at least one distributed data framework (Spark/Ray/Dask) - Working knowledge of Machine Learning, probability & statistics, and Deep Learning Fundamentals - Experience in designing end-to-end machine learning systems that function at scale About Dream Sports: Dream Sports is India’s leading sports technology company with over 200 million users, housing brands such as Dream11, the world's largest fantasy sports platform, FanCode, a premier sports content & commerce platform, Dream Capital, a CVC and M&A arm, and DreamSetGo, a sports experiences platform.
