As the Senior Product Manager - AI/ML at Everbridge, you will play a crucial role in shaping the future of our AI/ML-powered Critical Event Management solutions. You will lead a talented team of product developers and data scientists to deliver AI/ML-driven features and capabilities that enhance the functionality and value of our product portfolio. Your duties will include defining the AI/ML product strategy, conducting market research, collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful execution of our AI/ML initiatives, and delivering measurable business value through innovation. Your role will encompass AI/ML, data management and governance, analytics, insights, application integration, managing data platforms, and leading communities of support for leveraging data and AI/ML to improve business operations across the enterprise.

Your responsibilities will include:
- Developing and clearly articulating a product strategy for AI/ML within the Critical Event Management market, in line with the company's overall vision and goals.
- Creating and maintaining a robust product roadmap for AI/ML initiatives, prioritizing features and enhancements based on external & internal customer feedback, market demand, and technical feasibility.
- Driving the execution of machine learning initiatives from start to finish, liaising between various teams and stakeholders, and ensuring that our solutions are designed and implemented to the highest technical standards
- Collaborating closely with engineering, data science, design, and other teams to ensure the successful development and delivery of AI/ML-powered features and solutions.
- Keeping up-to-date with the latest AI/ML trends and technologies and suggesting their application to current projects
- Championing a user-centric approach, closely working with UX/UI teams to ensure that AI/ML features are intuitive, user-friendly, and meet customer needs.
- Defining data requirements, data acquisition strategies, and data governance principles to support AI/ML model development and optimization.
- Establishing key performance indicators (KPIs) and success metrics to measure the impact and effectiveness of AI/ML initiatives, continuously optimizing based on data-driven insights.
- Acting as the AI/ML expert within the organization, supporting product, sales, marketing, and customer success teams with product knowledge, training, and collateral.
Desired qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; a master's degree is preferred
- Proven track record of at least 3 years in product management, with a focus on AI/ML-driven SaaS products.
- Proven track record of executing machine learning projects and deploying ML models into production.
- Excellent understanding and technical proficiency in AI/ML concepts, processes, data analysis, and related tools.
- Understanding and appreciation of data, data architecture, data engineering, data analytics, data governance & data privacy.
- Strong technical project management skills, including Agile methodologies.
