As a Data Scientist II in our team, your role will be critical in directing insights and enhancing business decisions in our customer journey. You'll work closely with product managers, engineers, and other data experts to utilise data and analytics to inform decision-making and enhance our customer experience. This position offers a unique opportunity to combine your passion for guiding business decisions with your data science expertise. Your Impact: - Manage multiple requests proficiently by establishing priorities and discerning importance among incoming inquiries. - Use domain expertise to engage proactively with stakeholders, helping prioritise tasks that can significantly enhance the customer experience. - Identify opportunities and contribute to the development of our core Data Foundations. - Collaborate with stakeholders to understand their requirements deeply and deliver data-driven solutions. - Work with engineers and fellow data scientists to collect, create data models from diverse sources for impactful analysis. - Engage in cross-collaboration with various programs to undertake joint projects and provide valuable insights. - Familiarity with data modeling, analytical techniques, and relevant technologies to advance program objectives. - Foundational understanding of statistics and machine learning, with broad knowledge rather than specific specialisation. About You: - 2+ years of data analysis experience in a similar field. - Proven experience as a Data Scientist. - Proficiency in data analysis and data modeling using tools such as SQL, Python. - Strong communication skills. - A passion for education-based learning games and a deep understanding of business KPI's. - Ability to work independently. - Experience with data visualisation tools and familiarity with cloud computing platforms is a plus.
