What the Role Is The Data Team at Babylist empowers data-driven decision making across all departments of the company. We are a product function with a robust focus on three core data aspects - engineering, analysis, and data science. We are seeking our first Analytics Engineer to accurately structure and establish our data models and standards. This project and your role are fundamental for our team and strategic for our business. You are a diligent professional at the intersection of data modeling and reporting. You enjoy accomplishing tasks and building things right. You will work cross-functionally with our product managers, analysts, data engineers, and business units. As one of our pioneer Analytics Engineers, you will join an expanding data team at Babylist and directly influence the company’s data vision through your work. You will refine your skills as a data professional while working on our cutting-edge data stack. Your actual base salary will depend on factors such as your skills, qualifications, experience, and work location. The estimated pay range for this role is $136,743.00- $205,218.00. In addition, Babylist offers equity, bonus, and benefits, including company-paid health, dental, and vision insurance, 401(k) matching, flexible spending account, and paid leave (including PTO and parental leave) in line with our applicable plans and policies.
