The Data Science and Machine Learning (DS/ML) departments are pivotal in analyzing and transforming this data into valuable insights, enhancing productivity and user experience, and automating routine tasks to improve decision-making and business efficiency.

More About Your Team

We are expanding into two data science teams: one focusing on product improvements and the other on business advancements. As a Data Scientist at Wrike, you'll be crucial in leveraging machine learning and data-driven methods, contributing to the entire data-driven development process. You will work closely with other departments, conducting research, validating hypotheses, and driving product realization.

Project Highlights

Upon joining our team, you'll engage in exciting projects including enhancing our current AI-centric features and developing new ones like smart resource allocation and project structure creation. Your expertise will be integral to making core ML systems the foundation of our product's intelligence and supporting business-oriented applications such as lead prioritization and marketing optimization.

How You’ll Make an Impact

• Developing and optimizing data-driven solutions through ML model training and pre-trained APIs.
• Engaging in the entire data-driven development process, from requirement analysis to feature launch and continuous improvement.
• Collaborating with data scientists, product owners, developers, and business stakeholders.
• Applying best practices in software engineering to build reliable codebases.
• Conducting code reviews and working in an agile environment.

You Will Achieve Your Best If You Have

• 2+ years of experience in Data Science and Machine Learning.
• Strong statistical and machine learning skills.
• Proficiency in Python and reproducible research techniques.
• Experience in developing ML solutions for production usage.
• Proactive self-improvement of skills and knowledge.

You Will Stand Out With

• Experience in ML solutions for social networks, recommendation systems, ranking, entity matching, process mining, system personalization, risk estimation.
• NLP experience.
• Experience in creating core ML systems foundational to the product.
• Familiarity with LLMs, LLM-based APIs, prompting techniques, and metric-driven development of prompt-based features.
• Experience in building complex multipart and multistep ML and LLM-based systems.
• Conversational systems experience, including LLM-based.
• Background in solving diverse ML problems and classical software development.
