Job Opportunity: Real-Time Analyst at Gear Inc. in Hanoi

About the Position

Gear Inc. is actively seeking a dedicated Real-Time Analyst to join our Moderation team. This role involves working closely with the Regional Workforce Manager and entails responsibilities such as:

• Monitoring real-time work volume and schedule adherence using internal tools to optimize staffing resources
• Coordinating and managing same-day/short-term offline event scheduling for moderation agents while ensuring center performance remains acceptable
• Analyzing trends such as volume, AHT, latency, utilization, shrinkage, and attendance to forecast and plan for potential overstaffing/understaffing scenarios; making adjustments as needed to achieve performance goals
• Handling Help Desk communications to relay the impact of issues on center performance
• Providing regular reports and updates on center performance and business productivity
• Ensuring service level targets and other program/client targets are met through proper schedule adherence and compliance

Job Requirements

Ideal candidates will possess:

• A University Degree, preferably in a relevant field such as data analysis
• At least 1 year of proven experience in a similar role
• Proficiency in English communication
• Strong aptitude for creating and analyzing quality reports
• Advanced knowledge of real-time management analysis and robust decision-making skills
• Familiarity with content moderation is a plus
• Excellent data analysis skills with structured analytical thinking
• Intermediate ability to perform root cause analysis
• High proficiency in using MS Excel
• Impeccable attention to detail
• Strong personal traits and self-management skills to handle unique risks and a fast-paced work environment, including potential exposure to harmful content
