Job Description

• You are part of the People Analytics team and work internally with the IT and Analytics departments, as well as the international HR teams, on the development of the area
• You organize HR data, make it usable and put it into context with business requirements, e.g. in the optimization of recruiting processes or the prevention of employee churn
• You accompany the international HR teams on their way to a data-driven HR organization, e.g. through training
• You support the further development of the international data and system landscape in HR
• You create reports, dashboards, and analyses, from which you develop recommendations for strategic corporate management
• You independently communicate and present results and advise HR stakeholders up to top management
• You identify new areas of application where the use of HR data can contribute to corporate success

Qualifications

• Successfully completed degree in Mathematics, (Business) Computer Science, Statistics or similar education, preferably with a quantitative focus
• You have several years of relevant professional experience in the field of analytics / controlling, ideally in the HR environment
• Experience with analysis and reporting tools (e.g. SQL queries, Power BI/Tableau, R/Python)
• You have an affinity for BI technologies, which you use for the analysis, visualization, and reporting of data-based issues
• You speak fluent German and English and enjoy working in an international environment
