Additional Information
- Your start at The Stepstone Group: We want you to feel comfortable from the very beginning and to start networking right away. That's why we always start with a multi-day onboarding event, during which you get to know your new colleagues, our products and our culture. Afterwards, you will continue in your department - with a several-week, individual training period.
- Your Development: We are growing - and of course, we want you to grow with us. We support you with targeted training that will further your personal and professional development.
- Big Player with Start-up Flair: Even though we've grown quite big, we haven't lost our casualness from the early days. In concrete terms, this means: we use the informal "you", have short communication paths, flat hierarchies, and super helpful colleagues.
- Social Days: Talk is silver, action is gold - which is why all our employees get 2 social days per year. These can be flexibly used for social and sustainable engagement. And the best part: You don't have to take a vacation for it.
- Vacation Days: Speaking of vacation… We offer 30 vacation days per year plus one cultural holiday. Also, Christmas and New Year's Eve are always off.
- Our Location? At the Media Harbour! This means for you that we are easy to reach - whether you come by car, train or bike. By the way, parking space or job ticket will be sponsored by us to 50%.
- Jobbike: Good news for all cyclists: With our Jobbike offer, we support you in getting to our office quickly and sustainably (after one year of company affiliation).
- Mobility Office: This is also possible with us! As a rule, we offer you two days of mobile working per week. Feel free to ask directly in the interview what the regulation for your role is.
- Are you into fitness? Great! Whether in our own gym, beach volleyball, or running training - with our diverse sports offers, you stay fit.
- Feel like having a coffee? Then check out our in-house baristas. Whether Caramello, Cortado or lactose-free Flat White - everything is brewed fresh and free of charge. Fresh fruit is available for you every day.
- Our Internal Post: Don't like standing in line? Then simply have your packages delivered to the office.
- More Benefits: Christmas party, summer party, team events, incentives, subsidization of company pension plan or great offers at client conditions (e.g. for mobile phone contracts, Sixt and hotel bookings via HRS) - our list is long. There is sure to be something for you!
