Job Description

A Day in the Life of a Quality Analyst for Large European Institutions Projects

As a Quality Analyst for Large European Institutions, you'll play a crucial role in assessing the quality of IT services. You'll use diverse sources including ticket processing, KPIs, user satisfaction surveys, and audits. Collaborating with our quality assurance team, you'll help uphold our commitment to excellence in service delivery to high-profile clients.

Your Main Responsibilities Include:

• Reviewing ticket processing and content accuracy
• Identifying improvement areas for services and individual performance
• Analyzing satisfaction surveys to enhance stakeholder and user experiences
• Maintaining and updating quality check procedures and training materials
• Working with the CSI team to propose and implement automation and enhancements
• Tracking trends in content quality and documenting common issues
• Contributing to AI-driven quality check algorithms
• Conducting documentation and process audits

Qualifications

If you possess the following, we'd love to hear from you:

• Experience in document editing, proofreading, and quality control
• Excellent communication skills in English and French
• Strong analytical abilities and a detail-oriented approach
• Proficiency in MS Excel and experience in technical customer support
• A proactive attitude with a knack for multitasking and adapting
• A results-driven, punctual, and meticulous work ethic

Additionally, familiarity with reporting tools, visualization technology, AI tools, and ITIL Foundation certification are advantageous.
