Pontera | Data Operator Team Lead (EN)

In this role, you will be responsible for the effective management and operation of financial data in our system, working closely with our global customer support team and our other Operations Teams globally. The primary responsibility of the Operations Team is to proficiently manage and operate financial data in our system, closely working with our worldwide customer support team and other global Operations Teams. The team's responsibilities include data entry from various sources, basic to complex computations, and managing priorities. Responsibilities: - Develop and design a flexible and dynamic operational process that can quickly adapt to any changes in the operations. - Efficiently manage issues, serve as a point of contact for complex technical challenges around the clock, and report back to the relevant management. - Conduct analyses to identify trends, pain points, and opportunities within operations, and initiate appropriate interventions. - Identify gaps in knowledge and operational processes through analyses and implement improvement and action plans. - Collaborate with the product team to create tools that boost efficiency by automating repetitive and inefficient processes. - Support team members in resolving complex issues or questions that arise from the Customer Success Team. - Analyze data to provide management with information on efficiency, highlights, and lowlights. Requirements: - Exceptional proficiency in English communication. - Previous experience in finance and data management. - Practical experience working with SQL and Microsoft Excel. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Ability to perform well under pressure. - Curiosity, independence, and self-motivation. - Exceptional attention to detail combined with analytical thinking. - A proactive "can-do" attitude. - Experience leading a team - a significant advantage.
