Key Responsibilities

You will:

• Resolve technical issues and manage service requests, changes, or problems related to the SDx portfolio.
• Handle customer inquiries promptly, ensuring alignment with Service definitions and SLAs.
• Coordinate with vendors to escalate and manage incidents efficiently.
• Maintain and document all customer-related incidents and communicate updates to all stakeholders.
• Continuously enhance your product knowledge and troubleshooting skills alongside the support team.

What We're Looking For

Essential Skills: Troubleshooting, Continuous Improvement, Network Configuration, Incident Management, Decision Making.

We expect you to have:

• A certification at least to CCNA vendor associate level.
• Proven experience in a support role as a technical engineer.
• Familiarity with MCS products, customer IT systems, and applications.
• Technical expertise in Datacenter switching, ACI/SDA, or Intent-based Networking technologies.
• Willingness to undergo Government Security Clearance to SC level, requiring at least 5 years of UK residency.

Flexible Working Options

This role is adaptable with our "3 together, 2 wherever" working model, requiring your presence at the contractual location for three days a week, with two days being flexible.
