Job Description & Summary

As a Data Analyst Jr, you’ll leverage your expertise to collect, analyze, and interpret data related to our onboarding processes. Your insights will be critical in refining and enhancing these procedures, ensuring a smooth and efficient experience. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical competencies, attention to detail, and profound knowledge of HR onboarding practices.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze onboarding data.
  • Collect, clean, and analyze data from various sources.
  • Develop and maintain data models and reports.
  • Identify and resolve data quality issues.
  • Understand stakeholder data needs and create relevant visualizations.
  • Design and implement accurate data collection methods.
  • Monitor and enhance the effectiveness of onboarding initiatives.
  • Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in onboarding.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Data Analytics, or a related field.
  • 1-2 years of experience in data analysis or a related role.
  • Fluent in English (C1 level).
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and advanced Excel.
  • Basic knowledge of ETL processes.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proven experience with HR onboarding processes is a plus.

Desired Skills

  • Basic to intermediate skills in SQL, Alteryx, Power Apps, and Power Automate.
