What We're Looking For

We are seeking an experienced Enterprise Account Executive with a background in selling technical, developer-focused products. You will thrive in a dynamic start-up environment and drive the sales process from prospecting to closing deals.

You will report to our COO, Priya Shivakumar, and collaborate closely with our CEO and CTO. We’re looking for someone who can address customer challenges and contribute towards product development.

Responsibilities

  • Understand target markets, value proposition, and pricing models to exceed quarterly revenue targets.
  • Execute high-quality, consistent outbound prospecting to build the sales pipeline.
  • Qualify and develop both inbound and outbound sales leads.
  • Collaborate with product, engineering, and marketing teams to enhance the sales process.
  • Analyze industry trends to identify new qualified lead sources.
  • Work with the marketing team to improve the quality of inbound leads.
  • Ensure data integrity and accuracy using HubSpot to manage sales opportunities.

Our interview process provides insights both ways:

  • Recruiter Interview: Discuss your background and career aspirations.
  • Hiring Manager Interview: Introductory interview with our COO focused on sales expertise.
  • Virtual Onsite: Meet our team, including AE, Product/Marketing Leader, and Chief of Staff, and participate in exercises related to sales processes.
  • Product Demo and Sales Pitch Interview: Demonstrate your learnings to our CEO.

Compensation: Includes uncapped commissions, guaranteed 3-month ramp compensation, and quarterly payments.
