Role Overview

You will predominantly manage data collection for the Adult SMA REACH Pregnancy Study, aiding in various tasks from training site staff to ensuring compliance with governance documentation. Your role is crucial in supporting ongoing data monitoring, query resolution, and the design of electronic Case Report Forms (eCRF).

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage day-to-day operations of the data collection project for Adult SMA REACH.
  • Collaborate with external data managers and clinical staff to proactively review and manage research data.
  • Maintain liaison with IT professionals to enhance data management systems.
  • Oversee data quality audits and ensure compliance with necessary regulations and guidelines.
  • Responsible for ensuring data security and proper adherence to Data Protection/Caldicott Guidelines.

Who Should Apply?

Ideal candidates will possess a first degree in a relevant field or comprehensive equivalent experience, with a background in database or data management. Experience in NHS or clinical research environments, and proficiency in clinical research regulations is highly advantageous.
