Job Description

As a Senior Data Analyst, you will analyze existing model data sets from various models, formulating generic and standardized rules & logic. You will convert these into single, consistent data sources, within an overall (future state) data model and establish the principles for creating data sets that meet the latest internal and regulatory data quality requirements. You will need the skills and personality to act as an advisor, leading your colleagues towards the objectives you have all committed to achieve.

Qualifications

Educational and cognitive abilities equivalent to a Masters or Honours degree in economics, finance, or a quantitative field (mathematics, physics or similar), or as demonstrated through concrete work experience

Minimum of 5 years' proven experience in:

  • Retrieving large datasets.
  • Creating, testing, and implementing business rules on large datasets.
  • Aligning code and/or datasets to best practices.
  • Profound knowledge in Microsoft SQL Server, with at least 3 years of hands-on experience.
  • Business analysis experience within the credit risk domain (as detailed in CV).
  • Experience or strong knowledge of data management concepts like data quality, issue management, and data lineage (as detailed in CV).
  • Strong communication skills in English, both verbal and written.
  • Collaborative team player skills. Proficiency in leading small teams to achieve set objectives.
