Job Title: Analyst II Data Engineering & Operations (R-15994)

Key Responsibilities:

As part of our Cognitive Data Operations team, the successful candidate will:

  • Design and develop comprehensive data ingestion pipelines and data processing frameworks for both ETL and ELT processes at an enterprise scale.
  • Lead data quality initiatives, including data profiling, to drive data improvements across diverse data assets.
  • Employ cloud technologies and advanced data processing frameworks to optimize and enhance existing data processes.
  • Use B2B data to derive insights on company financials, firmographics, compliances, and other unstructured data sources.
  • Oversee data acquisition processes, manage vendor relationships, and ensure efficient data ingestion timelines.

Key Requirements:

  • Hands-on experience and expertise in data engineering processes, including advanced data architectures, data management, and maintaining high data quality.
  • A minimum of 7 years' experience in technology and operations, with a strong background in SQL, Python, PySpark, Spark, and business intelligence tools such as Power BI.
  • Proven record working with Cloud platforms like AWS and Google Cloud Platform (GCP), and familiarity with Databricks.
  • Ability to manage and lead a team of data analysts, data engineers, and data quality professionals.
  • Preferred qualifications include a B.E./B.TECH, Post-Graduation/Masters in a relevant technical field.
  • Exceptional business communication skills, both verbal and written, and proficient in creating presentations for a global corporate audience.
  • Ability to foster an environment of trust, open communication, creative thinking, and cohesive team effort.
