JOB SUMMARY

This job involves architecting and engineering solutions related to analytic data for the organization. In close coordination with IT teams, the role encompasses designing, building, and maintaining these solutions. This includes creating channels for analysts to access operational, derived, and external data sets. The job holder is responsible for managing Data Platforms related to analytic data discovery. The role also entails creating and managing GCP data flow jobs for efficiency and reliability, overseeing and improving the Terraform codebase to ensure its scalability, performance, and security. Designing and implementing ELT pipelines for the core member listening system data to facilitate efficient cohort processing is another responsibility. The successful candidate should be able to incorporate emerging technological advancements beneficially into the existing system and complete other tasks assigned to ensure the continuous growth and efficiency of the Member Listening System.

ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Working closely with IT to architect and engineer solutions for the Analytic Data Warehouse.
  • Assemble, test, process, and maintain the Analytic Discovery Platform for the analytics organizations. This includes maintaining pipelines with key analytic platforms across the organization.
  • Work with alternative analytic data systems to integrate them into the operational data flow for the Analytics Teams.
  • Carry out tasks associated with a project, meeting with customers as part of a team lead by Lead or Senior.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

EDUCATION

  • Required: Bachelor's Degree in Computer Systems Analysis, Data Processing, Healthcare Informatics, Management Information Systems, or related field or relevant experience and/or education as determined by the company in lieu of bachelor's degree.

EXPERIENCE

  • Required: 3 - 5 years of Data Analytics Experience
  • Preferred: 1 - 3 years of Data Warehousing Experience, 1 -3 years of Database Administration Experience, 1 - 3 years of Healthcare Industry Experience, Proficiency in Python leveraging Apache Beam and Dataflow modules, Strong experience with GCP services including but not limited to BigQuery, CloudSQL, Pub/Sub and GCS, Solid understanding of Terraform, Experience with GCP Composer or Airflow, Demonstrated ability in building and maintaining data pipelines and platforms.

Pay Range Minimum: $57,700.00

Pay Range Maximum: $106,700.00
